Why Becoming Wealthy Should NOT Be Your First Goal

/ by

CLICK HERE TO LEARN HOW TO START YOUR OWN ONLINE BUSINESS.

If you’ve been involved in entrepreneurship for any amount of time you’ve probably been told to set huge goals, dream big, stay positive, and then everything will come true.

Most people get started with the plan of getting rich so they can live the ultimate lifestyle.

In this post, I’m gonna talk about why this is a BAD plan and why becoming wealthy should NOT be your first goal…

So, what should you do instead?

In my opinion, the thing you should focus on is becoming FINANCIALLY FREE.

This means your passive income is higher than your expenses. You then have the ability to work towards becoming wealthy with no pressure of not being able to pay the bills. Passive income can be in the form of investments (real estate, stocks, etc) or from businesses you own.

Your number 1 goal at the start should be creating income streams that produce enough to cover your everyday expenses like rent, car, and food. The number you need to get to is different for everyone, but my goal when I was getting started was $4000/month.

When I quit my job and dropped out of school I had about $1700 in the bank and close to $10,000 in school debt, so I had to figure something out quick. I had no doubt I’d manage but I didn’t know where to start.

I started creating passive income when I was 21 years old after reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and by the time I was 22, I hit my $4000/month goal. I didn’t have a whole lot of expenses at the time, so it didn’t take too long to get to. Plus I didn’t have a job or school to go to.

Ever since then I’ve been adding and growing different sources of income and my future goal is to create a 7-figure online business.

How I Got Started

The very first business I got started with Kindle publishing. I found a training program online, watched the sales video and was instantly hooked. Within 60 days I was around $3200/month…then $5000…then $7000.

At 22 years old I was financially free…

It was a pretty cool feeling being able to make money from home while I had all the time in the world to do whatever I wanted. The only thing was I eventually got bored.

That’s when I created Passive Income Assignment.

I wanted to share what I was working on with others and hopefully help them get the same results. I wanted to share not only my Kindle strategies but also ideas I was learning from books and courses I was going through.

Because I was already generating passive income from my first business I was able to build my blog, make content, add other income streams (Kindle, affiliate marketing, create a product) and more recently start my Youtube channel.

By not having a job it’s made it way easier to focus on creating wealth, but your FIRST goal should be replacing your current income with passive income. Work towards your first $1000, then replacing your 9-5 income. Once you have that you can start building wealth.

That’s the way I look at becoming rich.

How I Make A Full-Time Income Online: Kindle Publishing

/ by / Tags:

If you were to ask me what’s the best way to go from zero to making $50-$100 a day online I’d tell you kindle publishing.

Kindle has been around for a while now but has only become popular over the past couple years. I was able to take the last $1700 in my bank account and turn that into a $7000/month income from Kindle publishing in a short period of time while focusing on it only part-time.

Over the past couple years I’ve discovered a pretty awesome way to publish over 50+ kindle books in a short period of time – all of which I didn’t write myself. And each book I put out creates a monthly passive income each month.

HOW I GOT INTO KINDLE PUBLISHING

The very first online business I got involved with was kindle publishing back in 2015. If you were to tell me a couple months before that I’d be publishing books on the internet I would have called you crazy. I had no idea that something like this was possible.

I had just quit my job and was looking around the internet for ways to make money online. I came across a YouTube video about a guy making a killing selling books on Amazon. I was instantly hooked and decided to buy his training program. A month after getting started I had around 4 books published and was making sales.

It was crazy because I wasn’t really doing a whole lot and money was coming in each day. Guess that’s the power of passive income eh? I was shocked that 12 hours after publishing my book it started getting sales. It seemed too easy!

I started putting out 1 book per week and quickly saw my income grow to a couple hundred bucks per month. I figured that if I was putting out 1 book per week and making a couple hundred, what if I put out 2 books per week?

So that’s what I did. I started putting out 2 books per week, 3 books per week, and finally 4 books per week. 60 days later I had built an income of $3200/month passive income.

The reason I was able to put out so many books is because they were short (30-40 pages). Short books like this that solve a problem are super popular right now. Nobody wants to spend weeks reading a non-fiction book anymore.

Everything was outsourced. The book writing process, cover design, editing, etc. All I had to do was upload the book to Amazon.

A few months later my income hit $6000/month…and then finally $7000.

And over the past few years, I’ve been learning and implementing new strategies to automate the majority of the business. People started asking about what I was doing and wanted me to teach them all about it. That was pretty cool.

I had found something that actually WORKED. People wanted to know more. The only thing was I had a limited amount of time in the day and couldn’t help everyone while running my business.

I decided to create my own course teaching people step-by-step how to make money with kindle. It’s called Self Publishing Assignment. It’s been crazy how many people have been able to quit their job because of kindle and how I’ve been able to help people do that.

THE KINDLE INCOME METHOD

The kindle income method has 6 primary steps and this is what I teach in my SPA program but in much more detail. I wrote some notes on each step below as well.

Click Here To Learn More About Self Publishing Assignment

The entire process is pretty simple and straightforward and an entire book can go from idea to published in less than a week (depending on where you get it done). Obviously, if you want to write it yourself it will take longer but that’s not part of my process. The most important parts are steps 1-4, and this is the part where I spend 80% of my time. Here is the general process:

Step 1: Keyword Research

This is the MOST important part since this sets you up for either success or failure. This is where you see if your book will make money or not BEFORE it is even written. Keyword research is when you search on Amazon to see if your book niche is popular, and how much competition you will have. This is essential because if nobody is searching for your niche, it doesn’t matter how good and well written your book is, nobody will buy it.

I generally will spend 1 or 2 days out of the month and come up with a list of potential books to get created. I come up with a list of 10-20 book ideas, and once that’s done, I’ll send my favorite out to be done.

Step 2: Title Creation

This is the second important step that will either make or break your book. The title of your book is key, not only for selling but also for keyword ranking on Amazon. Your title needs to be attractive and draw in the potential reader. Your title has to show them that your book will solve their problem. Not only this but your title also has to have keywords in it to rank high on the Amazon site. You could have the best book written, but if nobody can find it, how well do you think it will do?

Step 3: Cover Creation

This is a major step in the process because the cover is the first thing that draws a person in. When they’re searching through the site, the first thing that will catch their attention is the cover. This means your cover needs to be visually appealing and stand out from everyone else. It needs to be unique, clean and simple. Covers can be made from as little as $5. This is all a cover costs me.

Step 4: Book Description

After your cover gets the readers attention, and the title draws them in, the next thing they will look at is the description. This means your description has to tell them what the book is about and how it will solve their problem. Your description should be lengthy and outline every major benefit they will get from reading your book and how your book is better than everyone else’s.

Step 5: Outsource Book

There are many different sites out there that you can send your book to in order to be written. There are companies that can do this, or you can hire an outsourcer on freelance websites. I’ve done both and I prefer dealing with the companies. All that’s required of me is to send them the title, and length of the book. They will research and take care of everything.

My books always start out at about 5000 words and then I usually will go back and add more words to the book once it’s selling. 5000 is a good starting length because it allows you to test the market and see how well the book will sell without jumping head first and spending a lot of money. The whole idea should be to keep costs low at the start. A 5000-word book will cost me a total of around $55-65 (total for everything).

Step 6: Edit and Publish Your Book

Once your book is done, it’s time to edit your book and upload it to Amazon. This is very easy and can be done and live on Amazon in hours. The awesome thing about ebooks is that you can always fix things and upload a new file. This means your book doesn’t have to be perfect before you put it out. You can always go back and make it better or fix spelling mistakes. Just remember, done is better than perfect. Don’t wait for your book to be perfect because it never will be.

Step 7: Promote and Get Reviews

Once your book is live on Amazon it’s time to start getting some sales. I always start my book at $0.99 and this is because you need to get as many sales and reviews as possible in the shortest amount of time to rank high on Amazon. I usually do this for about a week and once I have some reviews I’ll do a free promotion. This is where you give your book away for free for 5 days. The object of this is to get a bunch of sales in a few days and boost your book up the ranks. After the promo, I usually either push up my price to $2.99 or $4.95.

There you have it. That’s basically the entire process of Kindle Publishing. Seems pretty easy right? You’re probably thinking now that there must be more. While that is the entire process, I would recommend further education on the process in more detail. I’m now going to share with you the course I took to learn how to do this. This course was great, it walked me step by step through the process and it was incredibly easy to follow along. This course shows you everything you need to know, from where to get the books written, covers done, and how to promote your book.

WHAT CAN YOU MAKE FROM KINDLE?

The great thing about kindle is that the possibilities are endless. Want to make an extra thousand per month? Done. How about 3k? Done. What If you want to quit your job and make six figures from publishing? That is absolutely achievable. The amount of money is determined by how much time you put into it and how many books you have. The more books the more money you’ll make.

The minimum that I expect each of my books to make is $50/month. That’s kinda an average number because some of my books make $30/month, and others make up to $500/month. Each book sells for around $2.99 and you get 70% of that. 25 sales per month would be around $50. My books cost anywhere from $50-$100 to get created so my goal is to break even at month 2 at the latest.

So basically, the first month or two you publish a book, you’ll break even, which is completely fine. After 2 months you’ll have your investment back and it’s pure profit after that. Think about this…if 1 book makes you $50/month at the minimum, that’s over $600 a year from 1 book!

At $100/month that’s $1200/year…$200/month is $2400/year…not too bad?

If you could create books like this making $50-$100/month, how many would you make? I know for me it’d be A LOT!

I saw how powerful this business model was and decided to create around 50 books in different niches and they helped me earn over $7000/month in book sales. A lot of those books drove people to my blog where they purchased additional things as well.

That’s why I like kindle so much. It doesn’t take any previous knowledge, you don’t need to know marketing, you don’t have to write your own books, or design any covers. It also gives you the ability to expand into different business models like affiliate marketing. In a perfect world, you’d want your kindle books to send people to your different affiliate offers.

How To Make Money Online With ZERO Investment

Want to learn How To Make Money Online With ZERO Investment?I get asked this question a lot and finally decided it was time to give my opinion.

I get asked this question a lot and finally decided it was time to give my opinion.

Long story short, the answer is yes. In this post, I want to break down how to make your first dollar online without spending a dime. In my opinion, the fastest and easiest way to start making money online is through kindle publishing.

Kindle publishing is fast and easy because it doesn’t take much (if any) capital, and you can start getting paid hours after putting your kindle book for sale.

I go over my strategy more in depth in my training program Self Publishing Assignment, but in this post, I wanted to give a general overview of how it works.

How To Make Money Online Without Spending A Dime

If you’re looking to start making a passive income online you’re in the right place. Even though it’s possible, it’s not the most effective way.

First, let me explain how to start making money with kindle publishing.

1. Strategy

Even though investing in a course to show you step by step is a faster option, it’s definitely possible to do it on your own. I’d recommend you not just jump right into it because you’ll probably make some mistakes.

If you’re gonna do it on your own you’ll want to watch a few YouTube videos or blog posts about certain strategies BEFORE you create the book.

Learn how to find profitable niches and keywords and you should be fine.

2. Niche

The most important step is finding a profitable niche and keyword to create a book on. Sometimes what YOU think will sell well actually does the opposite.

The first thing you need to do is look for topics in demand. Then create a book about that topic. It won’t matter how good your book is…if nobody is looking for it, it won’t sell.

This is super important. You need to look for niches that are in high demand with lower competition. Some topics are heavily saturated and you might not be able to rank for it.

So, how do you find a good topic?

Type in Google “Amazon best sellers list” and go into the “Kindle Book” category. Look into each niche and look at the top 100 books. Make sure the #100 book has a best sellers rank (in the product description) of at least 100,000 or less.

A book ranked at 100,000 and is priced at $2.99 (price our book will be at) will make around $50/month.

Let’s say you find the topic “Paleo Diet” is popular. Go to the search bar and type in “Paleo Diet”. Look at books on the first page. If all the books have 100+ reviews you probably won’t be able to rank for that topic. If some books have under 20 reviews that could be a good topic to write about.

3. Write Book

Even if you’re NOT good at writing, it’s pretty simple to write a book. I got C’s all through school in English and I have quite a few books for sale that I wrote. The great thing is that these books are short (5000-10,000 words). These ARE NOT full-length novels. Simple books that teach someone how to do something.

As long as your book helps solve a problem, it won’t matter how long it is. Like everything else, getting good at something takes time and effort, so don’t stress it at the start. If you really don’t wanna write a book you can outsource it for $50-100. Someone else will research, write, and edit it for you. Sites like Upwork.com is where I get writers.

How do you know what to write about?

Simply go to Amazon and look at other books in the same niche. Write down all the different chapters in each book. Pick a few chapters you’d want in your book and do some research on Google and YouTube. DON’T copy….just get chapter ideas.

4. Create Cover

You now have to come up with a title for your book and design the cover. The main title should be the primary keyword you want to rank for. For example, “Paleo Diet For Beginners” then have a good catchy subtitle that explains what the book will have in it.

There’s a lot of great free places you can design your cover. I’d recommend Canva.com, but I always outsource my covers on Fiverr.com for only $5. Up to you though. Look at best-selling covers to get some ideas.

5. Publish Book

Your book is done and your cover is designed. Now you have to go to Kdp.Amazon.com, create a free account and publish your book. You’ll add the book info, upload the file and cover, and it’ll be for sale within 12 hours.

There’s a lot that goes into promoting your book but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty simple. What you need to do is publish the book for $0.99 and get as many sales as possible in the first 7 days. Schedule your 5-day free promotion and then up the price to $2.99.

I go into more depth in my Self Publishing Assignment course but these are the 5 steps to creating and making money from your kindle book.

If you follow these 5 steps and test and experiment with different techniques you will start making money. Or you could just learn from someone who knows what it takes to succeed.

If You Want The Fast Way

I understand that a lot of people aren’t able to invest in a training program but it is without a doubt the fastest way to see results. Learning from an expert will fast-track your way to success. You’re either gonna invest time or invest money, so it’s really up to you.

If you try things on your own you’ll most likely fail with the first few books. What it takes to be successful is to be persistent with it. Learn what you do wrong, learn new strategies, and apply them again and again.

I’ve tried both ways and I’d never go back to trial and error. No matter what I do I always invest and pay someone to teach me. I invested in a kindle program, I outsourced the majority of my books and covers, and I outsourced the day-to-day tasks of my business.

So what I recommend is to invest in a program IF you can. If you can’t, start doing a lot of research on Google and YouTube, create a few books, and then invest the money you make into your education.

Learn to work smarter, not harder if you want to be successful.

EXACTLY HOW TO EARN INCOME ONLINE WITH KINDLE PUBLISHING

/ by / Tags:

Want To Earn Income Online?

In one of my latest blog posts, I shared how to earn income online and how the best place to start if you’re new to making money online is through Kindle publishing. I also released some news about a new product that I’m launching, teaching my entire method step-by-step to making money with Kindle.  There’s been a lot of people with questions and comments about this product, so I’m excited to start answering them.

I’ve decided to be 100% open and transparent, and show you some of the numbers I’ve been having with kindle.  I decided to go into one of my KDP accounts (Kindle Direct Publishing) and show you one of my reports from my last months royalties, so you can get an idea of how much you can make through Kindle publishing.  If you’re actually interested in learning more about the Kindle program that I just launched, click here.

I HAVE 50+ KINDLE E-BOOKS MAKING ME A KILLING!

In the post, I’ll show one of my reports from my Kindle Direct Publishing account. This account has 18 of my books in it. The 18 books in this account cost me around $85 each (book+cover), and continue to earn income online every month.

I have over 50 Kindle e-books similar to this, some making me as low as $30/month, others making me over $500/month. Kindle is by far the easiest and fastest way to create a 6-figure business for yourself online WITHOUT having to spend tens of thousands of dollars.

These screen shots are of my monthly royalties from one of my KDP accounts.  I have one personal account and two business accounts.  The reason I have three KDP accounts is to protect myself.  These accounts put thousands per month into my bank account with very minimal effort!

earn income online

The great thing about kindle is that you publish your book once and it’s for sale in multiple different countries within hours. The majority of my income comes from the US store, but I also make a decent income from Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH KINDLE PUBLISHING

With kindle. there are many important factors that determine whether your book will make you money:

  • The niche and keywords that you create your book on.
  • The ranking of your book in the Amazon search engine.
  • The ranking of your book in the Amazon best seller list.
  • The cover and title of your book.
  • The number and quality of reviews for your book.
  • The price of your book.
  • The description of your book.

All 7 of these factors are important, and I cover all of them inside my Self Publishing Assignment training. Generally, each book I put out makes on average $300 per month. Not too bad considering they cost around $85 to make.

The REAL BEAUTY happens when you start scaling up your business. If a book costs you $85 to make and you make $300 in the first month, how many would you make? When I was heavily involved in publishing I was putting out 4-5 books per week, but even 1 or 2 would get awesome results.

The reason I could publish 4-5 books per week is because I had outsourced the majority of the process. I didn’t do any of the grunt work myself, I had people writing the book, creating the cover, getting reviews, and promoting the books. All I need to do is manage this entire process and rinse/repeat, and the great thing is…anybody can do this.

HOW I MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY WITH KINDLE…

The money you can make from kindle is awesome, but it doesn’t end there. A lot of my kindle books don’t bring in much money themselves…but that’s what I want.

What do I mean by this?

Well, I use a lot of my kindle books to drive traffic to affiliate offers I have. My books are used for lead generation, and usually sell for free or $0.99. They will get a lot of downloads, and in the book I’ll send them to my blog or offers I have. Every time someone goes through my book and buys the offer, I receive a commission.

If you have a blog, website or product, Kindle is a fantastic way to help promote that. I’ve been able to drive a lot of traffic through all of my Kindle e-books, as I have many self-help and business books out there. I’m hoping you’re seeing the opportunity that Kindle publishing can provide.

I’m not sure what else I can do to convince you that this is an awesome opportunity. If you don’t see the opportunity here you’re missing out completely. If you do see the value in this…

Kindle Publishing Marketing: How To Rank Higher In Categories

/ by / Tags:

Hey, how’s the first few strategies been working?

I feel pretty confident that you have had some good results using them.

I want to share with you another strategy that I use regarding categories.

As you probably know, you get to choose 2 different categories for your book to ranked in. This is where a good number of your downloads will come from if your book is ranked high.

This can take a little bit of time to rank but once you do it will give you some pretty awesome results.

Here’s what I do.

When you first publish a book your ranking will be terrible.

This means that if you put it in a main category that is pretty broad you will not rank. This is pointless because your book won’t sell. The category will only show the top 100 books.

So instead of doing this, put your book in a sub category that your book will show up in. This will help get you some initial sales.

During the first week or two try to get as many sales as possible. This can be from swapping with others or just from family and friends. The goal is to get your books BSR as high as possible.

Then once your book is ranking high enough and you’re able to show up in the top 100 of the main category you’ll want to switch it. The goal should be to have your book in the main category because it will filter into all the sub categories as well. For example, start your book in Cooking > Health and Healing > Low Carb and then once your book is ranking higher, switch it to Cooking > Health and Healing > General.

By doing this you will rank in all the subcategories like allergy, cancer, high protein, etc. This gives your book so much more exposure.

Just be aware of what the BSR for the 100th book in Cooking > Health > General is and once your books BSR is higher than that switch it over.

Most of the time this will pick up some momentum and Amazon will basically do all the marketing for you.

Go give it a try for yourself.

If you’d like to learn more strategies like this be sure to visit my site Self Publishing Assignment and pick up my free video series.

Kindle Publishing Keywords: How To Rank For 50+ Keywords

/ by / Tags:

If you’ve ever published a book you know Amazon gives you the option to put in 7 keywords your book can rank for.

But what if I told you that you could rank for way more than 7?

How about ranking for 50+ different keywords?

Amazon doesn’t tell you this but it is possible.

You have 7 slots to put keywords in.

But these don’t have to see single words or phrases.

For example, say I have a book on the paleo diet. You might have your 7 keywords something like this: paleo, paleo diet, paleo cookbook, paleo recipes, paleo for weight loss, weight loss diets, low fat diets.

In this case you’ve used 7 keyword slots for 7 different keywords. What if I told you that these 7 keywords could actually only take up 3?

What this strategy is called is “keyword stuffing”.

It means stuffing as many keywords as possible into these 7 slots.

Let me explain. The words that you put in each slot gets sent to Amazon and they make as many different combinations as possible using those keywords.

What we want to do is “stuff” keywords into each spot.

What we want to do is this: paleo diet cookbook recipes for weight loss, weight loss diet diets recipes cookbook, low fat diet diets recipes cookbooks.

See how I combined the keywords into 1?

Previously we used all 7 slots for only 7 keywords but now we’ve used only 3 with the same number of keywords used.

Amazon will make as many different keyword combinations as it can. We can now add in additional keywords that we weren’t able to before.

We could add in low carb, gluten free, healthy eating, high protein, etc.

See how many more keywords we can rank for?

Use this “keyword stuffing” technique and get way more exposure for your book.

If you’d like to learn more strategies like this be sure to visit my site Self Publishing Assignment and pick up my free video series.

Kindle Publishing Guide: How To Deal With Dead Books

/ by / Tags:

This next lesson is what I do with books that are struggling to sell. These books are what I like to call “dead books” meaning they died off and are no longer ranking and selling well.

Here’s what I’ll do.

I’ll take the book and turn it into a perma free book. This means that the book is permanently free.

You might be thinking, why would I want to give my book away for free? I won’t make anything.

Well if you have a dead book it won’t be making you anything anyway.

The reason I do this is because by having a free book on Amazon, it will get downloaded a lot. The majority of my perma free books get downloaded 50-100 times per day each.

What this can be used for it to either get people to signup for your email list or to offer an affiliate product.

For my free books I get people to signup for one of my email lists and then I offer them affiliate products. This actually generates me more money than I’d get from kindle sales. I have books making me over 100 per month from affiliate products that were making nothing a month before.

What you need is a website and email collecting service. For collective email I use a free service called Benchmark email. This is a free service that allows you to make signup forms and an autoresponder.

In my books I’ll have a section where I’ll offer a bonus offer of free books. The reader will need to signup first and then they will get my offer. I then have an autoresponder sequence that offers some additional value and affiliate products. This is completely hands off for me and it makes me a nice income.

I know people who have spent $50 on a book, turned it into a free book and has generated them thousands per month. This shows how powerful a free book can be if you have a backend set up.

In order to turn your book into a free book you’ll have to:

  1. Go to www.draft2digital.com and enter your book info.
  2. Put the price as $0.00 and send it to all the sites.
  3. Email KDP to price match the book.

That’s it. They will match the price and your book will become permanently free. Just make sure that your book is NOT enrolled in KDP Select.

You can also use this strategy to boost your ranking and then turn it back to a paid book. Have it free for a couple months and it will most likely rank high again and then you can turn it back to paid.

Give this strategy a try and see if it works for you.

Kindle Publishing Blog: How I Doubled My Income Overnight

/ by / Tags:

This first strategy has changed my entire kindle business. I used this to essentially double my income overnight.

As you probably know, Amazon recently changed the way they pay authors with the Kindle Unlimited program. Before they were paying a flat fee per borrow. A lot of people loved this because they were getting around $1.40 everytime their book was read. The Amazon changed their program and decided to pay per page read. This means that authors will get paid for every page the reader clicked through. The range is somewhere between $0.004-0.005 per page. A lot of authors had their incomes cut in half overnight.

When I first started I was completely against the new pay style because it was only making me $4-5 per day. I was focusing 100% on trying to get more payed sales and was ignoring Unlimited sales until I came across this strategy.

I found a strategy that went against the grain and focused more on Kindle Unlimited borrows and not paid sales. Before this I was making anywhere from $70-120 per day from paid sales and was getting around 1200 page reads per day. After this strategy my page reads jumped up to 25k, then 30k, and then hit 45k on the third day. 45k page reads equaled about $215 at the time.

What I did was very simple. All I did was made my books longer and made people click through the whole book. Simple as that.

Here’s what I did.

I had 3 different pen names in different niches. All these pen names had 10 different books in the series. I took each of my book files and added all 10 books into them. Each of my books went from 100 pages in length to over 1000. This means that whenever someone clicks through my book I’d make somewhere around $4.80. Much higher than the $2.07 I was getting from paid sales.

Now how did I get people to start clicking through the entire book?

All I did was put bonus books that people would want to read. In the table of contents I have Bonus Book 1, Bonus Book 2, etc. Because these books are related to each other the reader naturally wants to click through and read everything.

I also put in the intro that I have bonus books for them and they can get access to them at the end of the book. They then need to click through the book to get access. The only thing you need to know is that you CANNOT have links outside of the table of contents. So make sure you follow this, otherwise you could get in some trouble.

It’s really that simple. Nothing fancy.

Just make your books longer and find a way to get the reader get to the end. As of March 2016, the max you can get paid for per book is 3000 pages. If your book is 3500 pages and someone clicks through you’ll just get paid for 3000.

Thats’s the simple strategy that I used to double my income overnight. Apply this to your kindle business and see the results for yourself.

How I Turned $300 Into $2000 In 23 Days

Ready To Start Making An Online Income?

If you’re new to making money online or looking for a quick way to make an online income, I have the perfect thing for you.

This is a very easy and fast way to make money online and it’s where I started 7 months ago. Over the past 23 days I was able to take $300 and turn it into $2000. This is an extremely simple concept and can be done by literally anyone. All you need is the right information to get started.

What am I talking about?

I’m talking about kindle publishing. This is when you hire people to write books for you and then sell them on Amazon. You don’t have to worry about coming up with a story or write anything because the writer will take care of everything. There thousands of high quality writers out there looking for work, which makes this process so simple.

All you have to do is come up with a topic such as “Survival Tips”, send that to a writer and tell them how long you want the book. They will usually have it done within a week. Then once the book is done, you can get a cover made for as low as $5. Typically, a book will cost between $60-80 to be written and another $5 for a cover. You can go from idea to having a book published on Amazon within a week. It’s really that easy.

As of May 2016 I have around 50 books (which I didn’t write) and they continually produce me passive income each month. I started out producing books that would make me around $50 per month and I quickly had great results, but recently I’ve found a new strategy that has been making me a lot more. Let’s get into that.

How I Turned $300 Into $2000 In 23 Days

Remember how I said that when I first started I was aiming for about $50 per month from each book? Well what if I told you that I made $2000 in 23 days from only 4 books?

That’s $500 per book. Not a bad step up from $50 from the previous books. If 4 books produced 2000, what if I (or you) had 10, 20, or even 30 books? I bet that would help you out a bit.

Okay, so how did I do this?

First of all, I started using a new strategy and technique for picking niches and keywords. Second, I started using a strategy to keep my books ranking high on Amazon.

I will give you details about this strategy soon but basically I spent $300 to get 3 books written and then turned those 3 books into a bundle giving me a total of 4 books. I spent a bit more because I wanted to make sure they were high quality books. So, my total investment in these 4 books (cover and book) was around $300. Not that bad right?

If you could turn $300 into $2000, how much would you invest?

Once I had these books published, I pretty much left them alone. I scheduled a free promotion for 2 days after I launched them (on either a Sunday or Monday) and that was it. I didn’t do any social media marketing or directory submission. That stuff doesn’t work, so don’t even bother.

All I’m focusing on now is to do this over and over. Rinse and repeat this process until I’m satisfied. All I need to focus on is creating new books. I don’t bother with marketing because Amazon will take care of that.

Seems too good to be true?

Well, if you can’t invest a few hundred dollars to potentially make a few thousand in your first month then you should just stop reading. You won’t get anywhere. But for those of you who want to learn more about this strategy keep reading.

What’s The Basic Process Of Creating A Book?

  1. Go to Upwork.com and find a freelancer writer.
  2. Go to Fiverr.com and get a cover.
  3. Go to KDP.Amazon.com, create an account and enter your book info.
  4. Click publish and your book will be live within 12 hours.
  5. Then schedule your free promotion and get some reviews.

It’s really that easy. If you’re looking to get started online and quit your job or just make a few extra thousand per month kindle publishing is for you. It is the fastest and easiest way to make money online and it will open you to tones more opportunities out there.

Where To Learn?

Over the past couple years I’ve spent thousands of dollars learning different kindle strategies from multiple courses. What I’ve done is I took all the best strategies and combined them into my own kindle training course called Self Publishing Assignment. Click here to check out my free kindle mini series.

This course is geared towards fiction books and will walk you step by step through the process.

I hope this has opened your eyes. In my opinion, this is the #1 place you should start if you’re new to making money online.

Where To Start If You’re New To Making Money Online?

/ by / Tags:

Where should I start if I’m brand new to making money online?

I hear this question quite often and I recommend the same thing for everyone. If you’ve been through my Passive Income Blueprint or read some of my posts on how I make money online, you’ll know that I started with kindle publishing and I recommend you do the same.

Why do I recommend kindle publishing?

  • It requires very little investment.
  • It doesn’t require any knowledge of internet marketing.
  • Fastest way to make money online (can start making money within the first month).
  • Use Amazon’s platform of buyers.

What has kindle publishing done for me?

  • Allowed me to quit my job in a few months.
  • Allowed me to work from anywhere in the world.
  • I only work when I want to.
  • Allowed me to focus on things that I’m passionate about (this site).

Kindle publishing has changed my life. It got me out of a job that I had no motivation to go to anymore. I’m now my own boss with my own schedule. I’m not saying this to brag. I’m saying this because I want to let you know that you can do the exact same. By taking action with what I’m talking about, you too can change your life. Whether it’s to make a couple thousand extra per month, or create a six figure income, kindle publishing should be your number 1 step to get started.

But Jon, I’m not a writer.

The great thing about self publishing is that YOU DON’T WRITE YOUR OWN BOOKS. You don’t have to worry about writing a store, creating a cover, and finding buyers. This is why kindle publishing is so awesome.

The entire process is outsourced to other people. We get someone else to write the book, create the cover, and sell the book. We can pay someone as low as $50 to write an entire book for us. We can get a cover done for $5, and we can publish our book for free on Amazon.

There are literally thousands of people out there who want work. There are professional writers out there who will take care of the entire process for us. All we have to do is send them the title or general theme. They will come up with the plot, and write the story within a week.

During that week is when you get someone to create a cover for you. Sites like fiverr.com have people who will create a professional cover for only $5. You simply give them the book name. Doesn’t get much easier than that right?

Outsourcing and getting others to do most of the work is extremely easy. All you need to do is find a topic that is currently profitable on Amazon. This is extremely easy if you have the right training.

Once you have the book and cover back, you then go to amazon’s kindle publishing company (kdp.amazon.com) and enter your book info such as title, author, description, and upload your files. This process takes no more than 10 minutes. Once you fill in this info, all you need to do is click “Publish” and your book will be live and selling within 12 hours.

You don’t even need to do much marketing yourself. Amazon will take care of most of this. If you pick the right title and keywords, you should have no trouble making your money back quickly.

It’s really that easy.

What To Expect From Kindle?

The great thing about kindle is that the possibilities are endless. Want to make an extra thousand per month? Done. How about 3k? Done. What If you want to quit your job and make six figures from publishing? That is absolutely achievable. The amount of money is determined by how much time you put into it and how many books you have. The more books the more money you’ll make.

So, if a book costs me $55 to make (written and cover), how much can I expect from that? The minimum that I expect a book to make me is $50 per month. This means that after the first month that your book is live you will break even. The next month you will turn a profit of $50 and so on.

At $50 per month profit per book, how many books would you make?

If you had 20 books, that would be $1000 per month on average. $50 per book is a conservative number. Some will end up making a bit less but some will make a lot more. I have 3 books that made me 2k last month. I spent $300 to make these 3 books and they are making 2k each month. Not a bad return right?

Just imagine if I had 10x the books. If 3 are making 2k, then how much would 30 books make? That would leave a very nice deposit in my bank account at the end of the month.

Now don’t expect your books to make hundreds of dollars each month. I’ve been doing this for a long time now and I know what works well. When I first started I aimed to make $50 each month from each book. This worked very well, and within 4 months I was making around 6k.

Again, I’m not doing this to brag. I’m doing this to show you the potential that is in front of us. Right now is a huge opportunity to make a lot of money with kindle and I’d recommend you take action immediately.

How Can I Learn About Publishing?

There’s 2 different options for learning this process. The first is to jump right into it and see what works using trial and error. I would highly advise against this because you will lose money. You will also waste a lot of time learning the process, and time is very valuable. Instead, I would recommend option 2 which is to join a course that will teach you a proven system that already works. By learning from people who have already failed and found what works, you will learn 10x faster and make 10x the money in the end. I took approach 2 and I definitely don’t regret it.
