Here is a great book you’ll probably wanna read if you’re interested in building your email list. It’s the best book out there for online marketing strategies and you can get a free copy (just pay shipping & handling).
It’s by Russell Brunson (probably the best internet marketer out there right now) and it gives actionable strategies you can apply to your business right away like different autoresponder sequences, webinar scripts, etc.
Now that you know the overall strategy we’ll be using, the first thing we have to do is create our lead magnet (the thing we’ll be giving away for free in exchange for someone’s email address).
This is super important because if you don’t give anything away or the thing you’re giving away sucks, nobody will give you their email. The lead magnet should be good enough you could charge money for it.

Go ahead and create your lead magnet before you move onto the next step.
After you’ve created your lead magnet it’s time to set up your sales funnel. This is how you’ll collect their email address and take them through the process of getting to know you and what you’re selling.
If you don’t know what a sales funnel is, it’s pretty much a series of web pages that take someone through a buying process.
Generally, it has 3 pages (opt-in page, thank you page, and offer page). We’ll cover this more in detail in the video below so go check that out now…

After your sales funnel is set up it’s time to create your autoresponder sequence. This is how you’ll automatically deliver your lead magnet and follow up with your subscribers over the next few days to build trust and eventually sell a product.
You wouldn’t want to manually email everyone who opts in (that would take waaaay too much time) so this is a tool that’ll do it for you on autopilot.

Now that your lead magnet is created, your sales funnel is set up, and your autoresponder is in place, it’s time to start getting people into your sales funnel.
Without traffic, you’ll never grow your business and make money. Your entire goal now is to send people to your site and everything else will be done automatically.
There are a lot of ways to get people to your site and the video below will show you 5 different ways…
All you have to do now is keep creating content and driving traffic to your sales funnel. You probably won’t get results tomorrow, or next week, or even next month but if you keep at it and put in the work everything will pay off.
The people who win at this are the ones who have the patience to play the long-term game and the persistence to do whatever it takes for however long to make it work.
